Terms and conditions for Meet the Music Friends Intro Course

MEET THE MUSIC FRIENDS 4 CLASS PASS

Booking:

Bookings are for a series of four 45 minute classes scheduled at the same time on the same day.
Bookings are made at least 24hrs in advance with prepayment.

Cancellation:

If you can't make it, please remember to cancel by contacting the school. No makeups. In the instance that the school is not able to provide a lesson for the student on their regular day/time due to teacher unavailability, a refund will be issued.

Payment Methods:

• Pre-authorized credit card as a saved payment method in your school account.
  
  

Late starts:

Late starts will still end on time. Our Instructors stop waiting for you to arrive 15 minutes after your lesson start time. If you will be late, please contact the school to let us know.

Early drop-offs / Late pickups:

A $10 non-refundable fee will be charged to your account for every 15 minutes that the student is waiting in the school either before or after their lesson.

Holidays:

There will be no lessons on all Canadian statutory holidays. School is open on Easter Monday. School is closed for March Break & Winter Break, following the Greater Essex County District School Board’s schedule.

Care & Supervision of Minor Students:

Guardians must remain around the school building during music lessons. South Windsor School of Music encourages all guardians to supervise their children at home during their Virtual Lessons.
